Refund Policy

We want you to be happy with your purchase. If something is not quite right, we accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date.

To be eligible for a refund:

  • The item must be unused and in its original condition.
  • The item must be clean, undamaged, and able to be resold.
  • The item must be returned with any original packaging or tags, if applicable.

We are unable to issue refunds for products that have been used, damaged after delivery, or are not in resellable condition.

If your order arrives damaged or there is a problem with your item, please contact us as soon as possible. Include a description of the issue and, if possible, a photo of the damage. We want to make it right and will work with you to resolve the problem.

Please contact us before returning any item so we can provide return instructions.

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to a damaged or incorrect item.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after the return is received and inspected.

Custom, personalized, or made-to-order items are non-refundable unless they arrive damaged or incorrect.

If you ordered the wrong size or would like a different pattern, please contact us within 30 days and we will do our best to arrange an exchange.

We are not responsible for shipping carrier delays, but if your package appears to be lost or missing, please contact us and we will help however we can.
